1. Our agreement

These terms govern AI Academy, operated by RLGrowth OÜ, registry code 17607918, Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 10115, Estonia. You contract with RLGrowth OÜ for use of the learning service; purchases are sold through Paddle as explained below. By using or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or appropriate guardian authorisation; if acting for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it.

2. Learning service and accounts

AI Academy provides self-paced AI lessons, exercises, quizzes and saved learning progress. The free plan includes the first three modules of each learning level. Paid plans provide the complete Beginner, Advanced and Expert curriculum with regular updates. Chapter marks, exercise answers and quizzes do not have to be completed to move on.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Lessons are educational, not individual legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Check linked documentation and independently verify guidance before using it in production. We commit to regular curriculum updates, but do not guarantee every vendor detail remains current or any specific learning or business outcome.

3. Prices, renewals and lifetime access

Full-academy access costs €9.99 monthly, €69.99 yearly or €129.99 for lifetime access. Prices are in EUR; applicable taxes and the total payable are displayed at checkout before payment.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically at the selected billing interval unless cancelled. Cancel through the subscription-management link supplied by Paddle in your receipt or contact Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to payment status and these terms.

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase, without recurring renewal, for as long as AI Academy operates. It includes regular curriculum updates; it is not a promise that the academy will operate forever.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Any future changes to subscription pricing will be communicated before they apply, with the opportunity to cancel before renewal.

4. Paddle as Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to monthly, yearly and lifetime purchases, including renewal charges, measured from the date of the relevant charge.

Refunds are processed by Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order information, or contact hello@growthmarketing.solutions for assistance. Refund processing and payment-method timing follow Paddle’s procedures. Refunded purchases may no longer grant paid access.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or refund rights available under applicable law or Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud, distribute spam, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or interfere with security or availability. This includes malware, unauthorised probing, bypassing access controls, and automated scraping or harvesting without permission. Do not share paid access for resale or redistribution.

When practising with AI tools, you are responsible for having rights to your inputs, verifying outputs and complying with the tools’ terms and applicable law.

7. Intellectual property and your content

RLGrowth OÜ retains ownership of the academy and its intellectual property, including our software, original course material, documentation and branding. Third-party material remains the property of its respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the academy for your own learning within your plan. You may not reproduce, sell or redistribute course material without permission, except where law permits.

You retain rights in your own notes, reflections and other content. You grant us permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the service. You must have the rights to content you submit. Report suspected infringement to hello@growthmarketing.solutions with details of the material and your rights.

8. Availability and suspension

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, provider changes and events outside our control can affect availability.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow an opportunity to resolve it; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service at any time. Cancelling a subscription is separate from requesting account deletion. Contact us about account deletion; our privacy notice explains data retention.

9. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by Estonian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections under the law of their country of residence. Contact us first to discuss a dispute; you retain your right to use competent courts and available consumer dispute-resolution processes.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and communicate material changes through the service or by email where appropriate. Changes do not remove accrued rights or apply retroactively to completed purchases. If you disagree with changes, stop using the service and cancel any renewal.
